Effective supervision and leadership of security personnel is essential to the successful delivery of any professional security service. The key motivating factor for many customers in changing their security service provider is often the poor quality of front line staff supervision.

Who is this course for?

This three day course has been designed for people working in the Security Sector, who are new to supervising and leadership, or who have not had formal supervisory training.

Course Content:

The course covers nine modules, which have been designed to be delivered in their entirety as a two day course, or individually, to form part of an in-company/bespoke training programme.

Assessment and certification

Assessment is made throughout the course, via the trainer’s observation of the delegate’s participation in tasks and exercises. A Skills for Security/a1 Training approved certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
