a1 Security is proud to be one of the first security companies to use profiling as apart of our recruitment and selection process.
The idea of different personality styles, has been around since the days of Hippocrates, the Greek philosopher and medical doctor, who recognised that his patients behaved in four quite different and distinct ways. a1 Training uses the Clarity 4D model, based on the work of the Swiss psychologist, Carl Jung to profile employees for specific roles within the company as well as a self development plan for the individual. When the individuals profile is completed, it is available to the individual and employer so a self development action plan can be created.
